- 1 lb chicken thigh, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- white pepper
- 100g soy sauce
- 50g oyster sauce
- 50g sugar
- peanut oil
- salt
- pepper
- combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make stir fry sauce.
- cook garlic and white pepper in wok for 1 minute until aromatic. add broccoli and stir fry. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
- stir fry diced carrots. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
- stir fry chicken thigh until cooked. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
- serve with rice
