1. combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make stir fry sauce.
  2. cook garlic and white pepper in wok for 1 minute until aromatic. add broccoli and stir fry. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
  3. stir fry diced carrots. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
  4. stir fry chicken thigh until cooked. cook in sauce for 30 seconds. remove from wok.
  5. serve with rice
