- 1 lb chicken
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 baguette
- 1/2 cucumber
- do chua
- cilantro

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- cut cucumber into ribbons, slice jalapeno, cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- make sauce. place chicken in a bowl with sauce. leave the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes to marinate.
- cook the chicken in a pan.
- cut baguette into halves or thirds. dig out some of the bread to make room for ingredients. assemble sandwiches.
