• potato
• oil
• butter
• brown sugar

1. coat potato with thin layer of oil.
2. poke holes in potato with a fork.
3. place potato in oven on a baking sheet with foil at 400F for 60 minutes.
4. serve with butter and brown sugar.

note: can bake at the same time as lemon chicken
